Jessica Bardenheier is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and a double graduate of Longwood University, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has worked in a variety of diverse clinical settings including inpatient residential treatment, outpatient settings both in private practice and integrative care for substance use and other co-occurring mental health issues, a local community services board, and in-home applied behavior analysis.
Jessica strives to offer a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment and welcomes you to come as you are. She practices from an evidence-based, multi-theoretical orientation, emphasizing Person-Centered and Feminist theories in meeting clients where they are at. Jessica prioritizes developing rapport with clients to ensure a safe space that facilitates awareness, growth, and improved functioning. Jessica's therapeutic style has been described as warm, humanizing and relatable. Jessica sees adults of all genders, ages 18+ and older.
